‘La Olivo’ is nestled in the countryside overlooking the sierras of Monten Medio in between the beaches of Barbate and the historic hilltop ‘Pueblos Blancos’ of Vejer. This is the perfect quiet retreat in which to relax and explore this picturesque part of Andalucia known as the Costa de la Luz or ‘Coast of Light’ where the sandy beaches stretch from the famous naval port of Cadiz all the way along the Atlantic Coast down to Gibraltar. Beautiful beaches, shops, bars and quality restaurants are all within easy reach and approximately 5 minutes by car.
This country villa has been recently renovated to include its own private pool. It is modern and spacious with many special features and is equipped with everything you need to make it your perfect ‘home from home’ holiday experience.
The villa can accommodate up to 10/12 people. It has a large, double height living room with luxury leather sofas and a nice feature wood-burning stove making it suitable for those cooler months too. The light and spacious kitchen extends out into a breakfast area and is well equipped with a 5 ring burner range cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc and the separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer takes care of your laundry needs.
There are four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and one set up as a children’s room with two sets of bunk beds. On the first floor is the ‘Tower suite’ which consists of bedroom, en suite shower room and own separate living room which opens out onto a balcony with views across the garden and pool area. The sofa in this room converts into a bed to increase the potential sleeping accommodation to its maximum number of 12. There is a good sized family bathroom and a further shower room with basin and WC.
The main living room opens out onto to the furnished patio area and BBQ which is perfect to enjoy dining ‘al fresco’ style. The garden is laid to lawn with a fantastic 5x10m pool with patio areas equipped with sun loungers in which to sit back, relax and soak up the Spanish sunshine after a nice cool dip.
There is a garage and parking for 3 cars, satellite TV and internet access which can be arranged by prior-agreement.
