Its corner position also means that it is not overlooked from the side and with a park area being developed across the road provides a high degree of privacy.The large garden which has been professionally tiled also offers off road parking. The garden is also in the process of being stocked with a variety of plants and shrubs. situated only a few minutes by car to the plaza at villa martin and the golf course. The location: Easy access to the n332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit only 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of Murcia, making this an excellent holiday and longer stay location.

The house benefits from above average external space with a large garden to the side and front which leads up to the covered porch terrace.Inside the living area is spacious and offers a comfortable 3 seater sofa bed and second sofa. The coffee table matches the dining table which can be extended to easily accommodate 6. The combined wall unit, book case and TV unit again is matched. Some free UK channels available.A DVD is provided together with a mini hi fi system. There is also hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge.(Air con optional) Curtains and pictures help to complete the overall welcoming and comfortable environment. The separate kitchen provides plenty of storage space and is fully equipped to cater for all cooking and domestic needs. Equipment includes an oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. All of the necessary cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery are provided. An external door provides access to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a ground floor wc and shower room. The ground floor bedroom has single bed, bedside drawer unit, table lamp, chair and fitted wardrobes with additional drawers. Upstairs the second bedroom has 2 single beds, drawer unit and fitted wardrobes again with additional draw space. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lamps, fitted wardrobes, and hot and cold air conditioning. Patio doors lead from the main bedroom onto a sun large sun terrace.All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The full size bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. All the necessary hand and bath towels are provided. Up another flight of stairs and you will find the large roof solarium where you can enjoy panoramic views of the salt lakes and surrounding area. The lovely communal swimming pool is only a short walk away. All the necessary bedding is provided.
