The upper floor of the house is not accessible to guests so there are no stairs to worry about as you will effectively be staying in a bungalow.
All rooms have ceiling fans and the glazed panels of the conservatory can all be opened to take advantage of any distant sea breezes.
The conservatory will probably be the focal point for most guests and the 3 seater settee and a double sofa bed. This provides a sometimes welcome respite from the heat whilst still enabling you to enjoy the blue skies and sunshine that you come for.The dining table and 4 chairs are also situated in the conservatory. The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and combination microwave oven. All the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc are all provided. The remainder of the accommodation offers 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and side tables, 2 single beds and a double bed. The shower room has recently been refurbished to a high standard with walk in shower, w.c toilet and hand basin.
