The property is fully furnished and comes with all the necessary household items e.g. cooking utensils, place settings, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, bedding and towels.
There are 3 standing fans and an oilfield radiator for the cooler months.
The owner has also provided a BBQ and towels for use around the pool.
There is a large solarium , front terrace and side garden area and the property comes with an external table and chairs, 2 sun beds and 4 recliner chairs for guests to make the most of the sun during their stay. One of the numerous beaches in the area is within walking distance and there is a choice of 3 golf clubs within a 10 minute drive. Other nearby attractions include horse riding, go karts and quad bikes. There is also a naturist beach only 5 minutes away.
The main town of Torrevieja is 10 to 15 minutes away by car and there are access points to the motorway close by. Alicante airport is 45 minutes by car and Murcia only 20 minutes.
