This small development is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Saturday market at Playa Flamenca. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away.
The area has much to offer with a vast choice of restaurants with a cosmopolitan cuisine that caters for all tastes. The nearby coastline offers countless white sandy beaches and safe bathing.
For the golfer there are 3 established courses within a 15 minute drive and an even greater choice if you want to venture a little further afield.
There are many other activities especially for the more energetic visitor with horse riding, water sports, go-karting, tennis and fishing. The canals that link the neighbouring towns provide a great opportunity for cyclists to see the country side at a more sedate pace and bike hire is easily arranged,
For the shopaholic the nearby town of Torrevieja has much to offer as do the local markets which are held every day at one town or another.

There is an external table and 4 chairs on the balcony providing an ideal setting for eating alfresco. A clothes airer is also provided for use on the balcony.
The dining table is another example of selective furnishing and can easily accommodate 6 people.
The large open kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine,
All the necessary cooking items, cutlery, crockery etc are provided. Other items include a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
