The incredible thing is that the owner says he´s a builder, and that he has reformed the property although he admits there are a few finishing touches.

When I nearly choked when the owner told me how much he wants, he hastily confirmed that the price is negotiable, however when I suggested that he would need to drop down to 10 euros, I got the feeling he wasn’t going to be negotiable enough.
Please do not ask to see this property, because I don’t want to go back !
Other features include traffic noise, overlooked by neighbours, close by railway, low ceilings, minor rodent infestation, kitchen balanced on blocks !
