Holiday apartments on a Basque farm on the coast, really spacious, sleeping 4 to 6, in a lovely village and perfectly situated between the lively resort of Zarautz or the pretty fishing town of Zumaia, both 10 mins away, and our village just a short walk down the road. Fully equipped apartment, with two spacious double rooms, extra beds for up to six people. We also have a guest house on the farm and a great breakfast service with our own ecological produce and free range daily eggs. On the hills between the pretty coastal towns and beaches of Zarautz and Zumaia and only 20 mins from the beautiful city of San Sebastian. The farm was restored in 2004 with the objective of creating a healthy and ecological living environment. The building is constructed to be completely envrironmentally friendly.All our produce is organic: fruit, eggs etc. Situated only a five minute walk away from a traditional Basque village with 500 inhabitants it is a peaceful yet lively area to relax in. Look out for local festivals of Basque sports, such as pelota, tree-felling etc. Activities in the area include walking, cycling climbing and horse riding besides enjoying the wonderul beaches and tourist towns in the summer months. Easy access to the main motorway and all the cultural, historical and natural attractions of the Basque Country. Come and visit us, you'll enjoy it and all the surroundings there is so much to do and you'll go home feeling great!
Low cost flights available to Bilbao from Stanstead via Easyjet, and to Vitoria from Stanstead or Dublin via Ryanair. Approx one hour drive from Bilbao or Vitoria, and one hour from Biarritz airport in France.
