The living area 3 and 2 seater leather sofas set in a living area with numerous other furnishings which helps provide a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it. A mixture of tables, lamps, tasteful ornaments and the lovely log burner all add to the effect. (The log burner is for effect only and cannot be used) A number of oil filled radiators have been provided for the winter months.
The television is linked to a UK system offering all the popular UK channels and a mix of sky channels. A DVD and portable CD are also provided. Hot and cold air conditioning serves the living area in addition to a ceiling fan.
The traditional kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. All the necessary kitchen and dining equipments is provided for a full self catering stay.
A rear door leads from the kitchen to the outside. The washing machine is located in an external utility room together with a second fridge and sink.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the ground floor.
The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes, hot and cold air conditioning and a ceiling fan. An extra single bed is also available in this bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, wc and wash hand basin.
The second ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and again air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The general bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and wash hand basin.
Upstairs, there is an exceptionally large bedroom with a double and a single bed. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A sun terrace leads off of the bedroom where an external table and chairs are provided and offers lovely view of the sea at the Mar Menor.
The bathroom on the first floor is also exceptionally large with a walk in shower cubicle, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. The upstairs bathroom is also served by a separate boiler so no problems with more than one person showering at the same time.
