The property was built more than 200 years ago on the remains of an ancient water mill which was mentioned in Arab archives of the time.

It was converted into a flour mill and was very important in its heyday as it had two grind stones. After the civil war an order was given to dismantle one of the grind stones to restrict use of the mill.

There are two living spaces/apartments inside the mill building for the miller and his employees as well as one of the kitchens and the fireplace.

The mill was in use until the middle of the last century and was used by arable farmers.

Until fairly recently water from alongside the mill was used to generate power for the village. All the machinery, both from the hydroelectric centre and the mill are in the building as they were originally.

The structure of the building has been perfectly conserved, although some modernization and refurbishment work needs to be done, and the interior retains all the original features.

There is no land attached to the property but if some is needed for a vegetable patch or such some can be provided nearby.

The property is connected to mains electricity, water and drainage.
Total floorspace is 600m2 divided in the following way:
Lower ground floor: stable, shed, storeroom, machine area and turbine, oven, a further two outbuildings and another large room.
Ground floor: Entrance with the mill wheels, machinery, scales. Generator room and controls. Living area with three bedrooms, fire place, kitchen etc…another kitchen with a bedroom and a further room.
First floor: Space covering the whole of the building divided into two large rooms, some machinery, small bedroom.

The property is northwest of Zaragoza, 4km from Tarazona, direction Soria, 14km from Agreda and 30km from Tudela.
