Apartment 3 is situated at the front side of the Finca.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other room has three single beds. It is possible to create two extra beds in the living room if required.
Every bed has, (depending on the season) summer or winter quilts and clean sheets and bedcovers.

In winter it is easy to keep this fully insulated apartment warm with the cozy woodstove and in summer you can keep it cool with the ceiling fan.
