Three sets of patio doors, which lead to the terrace, provide marvellous sea and mountain views from the living room. There is a separate, fully-fitted kitchen, which also has access to the terrace. This luxury holiday accommodation has three attractive bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. It has a double bed, patio doors leading to the terrace and access to a shower room. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, one has twin beds and one has a double bed. They each have patio doors leading to a private terrace and en-suite bathrooms. The apartment will accommodate up to six adults and one child under twelve on a fold-away bed.
Exterior: Patio doors from the living room lead to the sun-drenched terrace of this beautiful penthouse apartment, which has the most breathtaking, panoramic, sea and mountain views. The quality patio furniture provides an ideal place to relax and dine al fresco. The terrace overlooks the communal swimming pool, which can be accessed via ladder steps and is surrounded by beautiful lawns and ample sun loungers.
Amenities: Nueva Andalucia is an attractive area west of Marbella only five minute drive to Puerto Banus that accommodates Marbella’s one and only Casino. The villa is located on the edge of the Las Brisas golf course, with a variety of additional golf courses close by. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks and a gym are only one kilometre away. Puerto Banus is only two kilometres from the villa and has a wonderful beach, which stretches towards Marbella, perfect for a stroll along its promenade. In the summer months, bullfights take place in the local bullring, which is 1,5 kilometers away and is also host to excellent concerts from international bands. From there you can walk down to the yacht harbour of Puerto Banus where you will find an amazing choice of designer shops and restaurants that turn into a buzzing night life area in the late evenings.
