It has a large terrace surrounding the house. It is situated at the very beginning of Granadilla; a very quiet, rural (countryside) environment. When you feel it is starting to get too quiet; you pick the car and within 2 minutes you are in the town of Granadilla, which is full of life. In 15 min. you are in the tourist area Playa de las Americas, 10 min. from the famous and beautiful surf beaches of “el Medano” , 10 min. from airport (which you can’t hear). The house is in fact two houses in one; it has two floors with separate entries. At the first floor are two large bedrooms; a bathroom with bath, shower and lavatory. It has an open kitchen and living room. At the second floor there is one large bedroom, a bathroom with shower and lavatory. It also has an open kitchen, a large living and a greenhouse (no plants in it) of which the windows can all be opened. The greenhouse is perfect for sunbathing without wind. Each kitchen has pans and cutlery; each bedroom has sheets and there are towels. Extras: washing machine, television, dvd-player, sun beds.
