One bedroom Apartment – Sleeps 2 to 3 persons.
This is a fabulous 1 bedroom self contained apartment on the outskirts of Partaloa Village, set in a very peaceful, tranquil location surrounded by lemon, and olive trees with fantastic views of the mountains.
The apartment consists of: -
Bedroom – 1 large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet.
Kitchen – Sink, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas oven/hob, microwave, storage units etc.
Bathroom – Bath with showerhead, basin, toilet.
Lounge – Large lounge with dining room table & chairs, sofas, wood burner, TV with sky Tv freeview.
Outside Area: -
Swimming Pool – Shared swimming pool with the landlord and guests staying at their B&B. Plenty of room to sunbathe and relax.
Parking – Ample off road parking.
Additional Information: -
The lounge has a sofa bed so a 3rd person could be accommodated.
Pets welcome. Please note the owners do have a dog and 4 cats, which have access to the grounds.
Children welcome.
Partaloa Village is a typical white washed small village with its narrow streets and beautiful plaza where the locals meet to pass the time of day. The village, although small, boasts 5 bars where you can experience the local tapas and good quality food. There is also a small primary school, shop, doctor, chemist, swimming pool which is open in the summer months, and football pitch.
As you would expect in Spain, Partaloa has its fair share of fiestas and these are held during the summer months.
The nearest town from the apartment is Albox and is approx 10 minutes drive; there you will find a large supermarket, various shops, bars and restaurants. There are also 2 secondary schools and 3 primary schools.
There are many coastal resorts within a short drive including Mojacar, San Juan and the very Spanish town of Garrucha which has the best fish restaurants. The closest airport is Almeria, about an hours drive away. Murcia and Alicante are both just over 1.5 and 2 hours away respectively.
