This air conditioned villa affords luxury accommodation of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and the other a twin with a separate bathroom, both have double wardrobes. The comfy lounge will also sleep two people with an additional pull out bed. Mosquito nets are also fitted to the windows.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, orange juicer and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, bedding, towels and tea towels are available for up to 6 people.
A welcome pack is available when you arrive of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, wine and bread. Please let us know if you require anything else and I will arrange this for you.
Wireless Internet is available throughout the villa, if required. There is also a freeview television with English TV - BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Sky News and many more Sky channels. Also available is a DVD player and a selection of English & Spanish DVD’s to watch, a CD radio with cassette player and USB port and there are also some English paperbacks to while away the time.
Taxi service available from airport to villa and also shopping trips available if required. There are also bicycles and golf clubs for use if required and loungers to soak in the Spainish sun beside the pool. Babysitting service available if required. Cots, high chairs etc available at a small charge.
Set in its own grounds offering a south facing garden and a large child friendly swimming pool (8 x 4) with 1 metre depth at shallow step end. There are steps leading down to the shallow end of the pool for children to access easily. The pool also has a Jacuzzi section to sit and enjoy bubbles in the sun! The quiet secluded garden and delightful trees offer an ideal setting for a bar-b-que or just enjoying the sun of the Costa Blanca in the garden or on the solarium sun terrace at the top of the villa.
