This new modern apartment is located on the edge of the typically Spanish town of Los Montesinos.The town is on the middle of citrus farming country with surrounding roads lined with orange and lemon groves.
Only a short walk into the town where the visitor has choice of local shops, bars and restaurants and the chance to sample a slower pace of life along side the locals.
The apartment is on the first floor which provides the benefit of a large roof top solarium with view of the surrounding country side.
Inside, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped enabling the guest to cater for themselves. Even so the facilities within the apartment still lend themselves to a restful and stress free holiday.
At the far end of the living area there are patio doors that lead out onto the terrace where an external table and chairs are provided allowing the guest to make the most of the warm Spanish climate.
Stairs lead up from the terrace to the solarium where sun worshipers can relax in private and take advantage of the 2 sun loungers provided.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 casual chairs. The television has a UK TV package so for those who need there daily soap fix will not be disappointed. A DVD player is also provided.
The dining area next to the kitchen has a table and 4 chairs.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with and oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking aids are provided.
The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and extra drawers.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table, additional drawers and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
All the necessary bedding is provided.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and wash hand basin with mirror. Bath and hand towels are provided.
The communal pool is close by and parking in the road outside the apartment. There is some building work in the area so the visit may experience some noise during working hours although the terrace is located at the rear of the apartment and does not overlook the building to the front of the property.
Los Montesinos is located central to a choice of nearby towns and facilities. The town of Algorfa is only 8 km away and with its prestigious La Finca Golf club which is a must for any keen golfer. With a host of other courses to choose from within a 30 minute drive.
The two nearby lagoons are designated as nature reserves which provides a birdwatcher paradise especially when the migratory Flamingo’s arrive. It is also a perfect environment for cycling and horse riding.
For those who prefer a more sedate past time then the Greenlands Boiling Club is on hand.
If its beaches you want, then all along this part of the Costa Blanca you will find miles of blue flag beaches including the one at Guardamar only 15 minutes away by car.
Every Friday the colourful street market takes place in Los Montesinos where you can buy anything from fruit and veg to leather shoes.
This is a great location for someone who wants a choice of facilities at hand but be far enough away to experience a more tranquil base to venture out from.
