Summary: This fabulous villa is ideally located just a ten minute walk from the centre of Caleta de Fuste. It is situated in a sought after area, with distant sea and mountain views. Villa Frambuesa is the perfect accommodation for a memorable family holiday with its luxury furnishings and large games room. The picturesque harbour in Caleta de Fuste is a twenty minute walk, but can be reached by a mini train directly from the villa. The villa is approximately a ten minute transfer from the airport.
Interior: This stylish, contemporary villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The spacious living room has high ceilings with wooden beams, luxurious rattan furniture and a 42” flat screen TV. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances. Villa Frambuesa has three delightful bedrooms, all on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. These bedrooms share a fully fitted family bathroom. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower level of the villa, which has a large games room with a pool table and a selection of other games. There are also two single sofa beds in the games room, suitable for children under twelve. A separate shower room is also located on this floor.
Exterior: Patio doors from the living room lead to a terrace with high quality patio dining furniture, an ideal place to have a glass of Sangria, whilst enjoying the sea views. Villa Frambuesa is south facing, perfect for soaking up the Canarian sun and watching a romantic sunset in the evening. The swimming pool, which is electrically heated between Nov and April, measures 7 x 4 metres and is entered via integral steps. The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost during the summer months, please contact Premier Holidays for the cost which is paid locally. The terrace surrounding the pool has plenty of comfortable sun loungers.
Amenities: A couple of steps from the villa leads to a small commercial complex called Montecastillo, which has two supermarkets and a selection of restaurants and bars. There is another supermarket across the road from the villa which sells British produce. It is a ten minute walk, or a mini train ride to the centre of Caleta de Fuste, which has beautiful beaches and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. A further ten minute walk away is the harbour, which offers a variety of seafront restaurants and a choice of water excursions and wind surfing schools. The Atlantico shopping centre in Caleta de Fuste has a bowling alley and a multi-lingual cinema. It is located on the seafront with shallow lagoon beaches, perfect for small children and local beach bars.
