Bella Orcheta has three bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a private swimming pool and is located in the quiet urbanisation of Bella Orcheta, near Villajoyosa, the first chocolate producing town in Spain just a 35 minute drive from Alicante airport. There are bed places for up to 7 people. The living area is on the first floor and comprises a kitchen and dining area at one end and lounge area at the other. On the same floor is a double bedroom and a large shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, chip fryer, slow cooker and 4 burner hob. Please note there is no oven at the moment but the microwave has a grill function. There is a plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the bathroom on this floor and there are washing airers and a retractable washing line on the patio. The lounge has a television with satellite receiver, DVD and video player with various films and there is a music centre.
On the ground floor, with access by internal stairs or by a door from the street, there is a further double bedded room a twin bedded room and another shower room. Please note that the internal stairs are quite narrow and steep so are not suitable for small children and the elderly who should use the exterior access. There is an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Outside is a private swimming pool and terrace with furniture, sun beds and a large barbecue. The nearby Bar Pantana serves an excellent 'menu del dia', 3 course meal with a drink, at between 9 and 15 euros and they also have barbecues most weekends. The small village of Orcheta is a few minutes drive and has a shops, bakers, butchers and various cafe/bars. There is also a mini 'Olympic' pool! A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful beach at Villajoyosa with seafront restaurants and bars. The harbour is at one end where, each evening, you can buy fresh seafood when the fishing boats come in at 5pm. Another 10 minute drive brings you to Finestrat that has a fine shopping mall with various supermarkets. There are plenty of activities in the area from fishing in the reservoir (licence required from Orcheta town hall), numerous golf courses within a short drive and even cycling down the mountain as part of an organised coach excursion!
