You enter the house 'Bellavista', which means 'beautiful view', through a very large room, where living and dining area as well as the kitchen find space. From there you reach the two bedrooms - each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This house is the northern part of the building 'Ca' Maritano' and offers a view at our biotope. The big terrace gives you the possibility to sit either in the sun or in the shade of with vine overgrown pergola. Outside on the left side of the house is a canopied place with a barbecue made of bricks and a big table (fitting for up to 10 persons). Furthermore you can use the second flexible garden set. The living area has a fireplace you can fire by yourself, a large sofa as well as the Sat-TV. In the dining area you find a wooden table for 6, the kitchen, which has three hotplates fired with gas is equipped for 6 persons, too. The house is very suitable for families or to couples.
