Set on the edge of the Sierra Subettica, it is an ideal location for those seeking peace, tranquility, hillside walks, bird watching, painting/sketching and as a base from which to discover the cultural delights of Granada, Cordoba, Antequera, Ronda and Seville. Recently restored to include all the comforts of modern day living. The casita is perfect for a relaxing break or a special celebration.
Features of the casita include a master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, large wardrobe, ensuite shower room. En-suite shower rooms, both bathrooms are beautifully tiled and have double size showers, basin and wc.
Spacious open plan kitchen / living area. Traditional Andalucian kitchen style with oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle etc and full range of cookware. Dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. A very cosy lounge area, stylishly furnished with chair and 3 seater bed settee, coffee table etc, satellite TV, DVD, games and books etc. Central heating and a wood burning stove for use in the cooler months.
Both bedrooms and lounge area have breathtaking panoramic views of Iznajar lake and the surrounding countryside. All rooms have beamed ceilings. The character of the casita has a rustic feel but with the comforts of modern day living.
The casita has a spacious and private terrace with pergolas, table and chairs. Large shared pool (10m x 5m, depth from 1.4m to 1.9m) with steps at the shallow end with a large tiled terraces equipped with sun loungers and cushions. Poolside shower and electric lamps light the pool and terraces at night.
We provide a free welcome pack containing eggs, bacon, milk, water, orange juice, bread and a bottle of local wine. A vegetarian alternative is also available on request.
