With gardens to the front and rear of the property and the solarium there are plenty of outdoor options. The lovely communal areas and pool are maintained by the community to a very high standard.

A natural dining area is created at the far end of the living area towards the staircase with its attractive wrought iron hand rail and spindles. The clever use of a glass top table again produces light and spacious effect. With 6 dining chairs there is plenty of room for entertaining.

The fitted kitchen just off of the lounge area is fully equipped and includes an oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a microwave oven, kettle and toaster. A rather unusual but very useful feature is the electric wine cooler. There are plenty of cupboards and worktop space in the kitchen together with an extra utility area at the far end of the kitchen where the washing machine is located. All of the necessary cooking and catering equipment is provided.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor both with 2 single beds, bedside table s with lamps and fitted wardrobes. Patio doors lead from one of the bedrooms out to the rear garden.

On the ground floor there is a main bathroom with a bath with over head shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.

Upstairs the large main bedroom has a double bed, large freestanding wardrobe and matching bedside units.

This bedroom also has an ensuite shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a very large storage cupboard off of this bedroom, ideal for the long term renter with more possessions than the average holiday maker.

Doors lead from this bedroom and the landing area out onto the private solarium where 2 sun loungers are provided.
