Villa Latina is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom villa, built on two levels, with own large private garden and private pool.
Arguably one of the best spots on Campsol Golf, in situ on C sector (golf) within 10 minutes (500 metres) walk to the hotel, golf club house and golf course. A greater selection of restaurants and a large supermarket are around a further 15 minutes walk. The local authority now provide public transport around the resort - a little train, which runs hourly in the summer, morning until late evening, and costs 3 euros return (2011 prices).
Sleeps 8... Bedroom 1, upper level with double bed and single bed (triple bedroom) with patio doors leading to a private roof terrace with superb views to the mountains. Bedroom 2, lower level with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3, lower level with 3 single beds (triple room). Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.
There are 3 bathrooms, one on the upper level, two on the lower level.
TV and DVD player.
Large pool 8 * 4m max, 0.8 - 1.8 m depth.
Garden table and chairs and sun loungers.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
