In the sympathic small town Campos you will find all necessary facilities, shops, restaurants and cafes. two times per week there is a markt in the mainroad. The trafic connection is very good. To the famous and wonderful sandy beach Es Trenc you need 10 minutes by car and to the Calas of the east-coast 20 minutes as well as on the good roads and the highway to Palma and to the airport. The 2 golfcourts of Son Antem you will reach in a 15 minutes drive.
The mill of this country house belongs to the large-scale windmill program of the municipality of Campos. At a re-restoration of the mill the surplus into the public power supply system of the GESA can the produced current be used on the finca and be fed in.
