This terraced villa is situated in a quiet part of Nerja just 15 minutes walk from the town centre and 20 minutes walk from the beach. There is a local bus service and nearby parking making it an ideal choice for families.

The communal pools are a couple of minutes walk away being very pleasant and extremely well kept. There is a shallow pool for children and a large adult pool as well as a sunbathing area. Use of the pool area is restricted to residents.
The English run Genesis bar and restaurant are a few minutes walk away as in the mini market which offers competitive prices for your everyday groceries.
