once inside the living area is bright and airey with a 3 seater sofa bed,arm chair, coffee table and lovely built in wall units which provide very useful storage space and a home for the television and a video recorder.Over 30 UK TV channels including ITV and BBC.
in the dining area there is a table and 4 chairs conveniently situated close to the open kitchen.
the kitchen is fully fitted with storage cupboards and work top space. equipment includes an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and all the necessary cutlery, crockery, glass ware and cooking aids to enable a full self catering stay.
at the far end of the living area patio doors lead out onto the enclosed yard area where the boiler and washing machine are located. this area is ideal for storage and provides for a more private area for sunbathing and outside relaxation.

the location: only 10 minutes drive from the typically spanish town of san miguel which like most towns in the area has its weekly street market which is ideal for bargain hunters and those who want to try out their spanish. easy access to the n332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the costa blanca. for those who enjoy larger towns more historic surroundings, then cartegena to the south or alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. the lovely university town of murcia is also another place well worth a visit. alicante airport is 45 minutes away and san javier (murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
