It is part of the reconstructed building with its own stones. It has three floors with the following distribution:
Floor 0, hall, two bedrooms (one double and one single), a bathroom with shower and SPA and storage closet.
Plant 1, service area, open kitchen with dining room and living room.
Floor 2, toilet, study / room with terrace. Storage room and laundry room on covered sides of the terrace
Our model is characterized by aspects that provide a plus of quality in the rehabilitations, such as: restore or reproduce the facades as they were originally, maintain or reproduce the most relevant architectural details of its interior, rationally distribute the spaces so that they have natural light all the rooms, including facilities that avoid future works as much as possible, making the aesthetics of interior stone restoration compatible with current facilities and equipment; take care of the details of finishes.
Following the original characteristics of the buildings all the floors have been supported on thick stone masonry load-bearing walls. The slabs in the rehabilitation have been built with steel beams and beams of natural wood and those of the reconstruction with girders and beams of laminated wood.
