Cave house with 3/4 bedrooms situated in pretty village with patio area, garden and garage just 69,000 euros!
This fully reformed cave house is situated in a quiet area of Castillejar, a pretty whitewashed village. From the outside it looks tiny but inside it is a good size. It is tucked away in a street just two doors away from a small bar that is renowned for its tasty tapas.
This cave house has all mains service connected including wi-fi and you enter into a gated patio area approximately 70m2 with covered seating area, tiled bench and barbeque.
Opposite the patio area across the road is the garage, garden (approximately 180m2) and car port. The seller won prizes in the UK previously for his wonderful wine made from the grapes in this garden. The garden has nice views across the village and surrounding countryside and you can see the little tapas bar from here!
The build size of the cave is 156m2 and you enter down steps into a small snug area with stone feature fireplace which, in the winter months makes you immediately feel warm and cosy. To your left are two rooms, at the far end a twin room and before this a living room which could be used as a bedsit or another bedroom.
To the right of the entrance snug is the kitchen which is fully fitted and has granite work surfaces. Through the kitchen is a hallway which leads to a dining room on the left side (which could also be used as a bedroom) and a cosy but good size living room with wooden beams and wood-burning stove, and this also has a small bar in one corner!
From the living room there are steps leading up to the right to the master bedroom with built-in wardrobe and ensuite which has a full size bath. This has a light pod so the bedroom although set back into the cave, still has daylight coming in.
The sellers are including in the price of the property a 1999 4x4 manual Kia Sportage which has already been matriculated onto Spanish plates and has a 2L petrol engine.
Most furniture could also be negotiated into the deal.
