Carnota has the longest beach in Galicia and the fourth in Spain: a sandy shore by the sea, seven kilometres long. It reaches, during the low tide, up to 1 km of width in some of its parts. There you can find dunes and marshes. And the mouth of the Valdebois River, where migratory birds rest. As a natural space, it is very well preserved. The views of Mount Pindo and the nearby and famous Ézaro waterfall are unmatched. From Carnota, the sunset is unforgettable.
A stone house in Carnota
There is this original stone house, built in 1910, with East-West orientation, therefore very sunny. It has a constructed area of approximately 230 m2, on two floors. It is completely free of humidity: it was totally restored in 2008. The floors are made of Travertine. The climalit windows. Composed of two floors, it is distributed on the ground floor: Kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room, dining area and living room. And on the upper floor: Four bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with access to the magnificent terrace of 21 m².
The kitchen is spacious and very comfortable for day to day. There is a large table for family meals in the dining area. The terrace on the top floor has beautiful views of Mount Pindo, you can even see the sea. It is a perfect place to dine on good weather days and appreciate the sunsets that are hidden by Cabo Fisterra.
Belonging to the property, next to the house, there is a patio parking area for cars. There is also a small plot of land on the side of the house and a shed about 2 m2.
The house is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by large green areas, where there are many pedestrian paths. At 50 meters, there is a cafeteria and a supermarket.
It is a house where you can enter to live, without having to do works. There, life is comfortable: it is not necessary to use the car for day to day. And it is very well connected (Cee Hospital, 25 km; Carnota school, 3 km; Santiago Airport 80 km …). Some more information: The water is spring (€ 10 / year). It has a septic tank. The Real Estate Tax (IBI) is € 200 / year. The house is sold furnished except for some personal details.
