The property is beautifully located in block A of the particularly popular complex "Guanabara Park" in the New Valley of Puerto Rico. There is stair free access to the block itself, but since the apartment is on the upper floor - with the advantages it carries with it - one has to go up one staircase which only goes to 2 apartments. Very easy access from the road! Another advantage is that the balcony only shares a wall with another apartment, making it more private. Amazing views of the sea and the harbor.
Known for its quiet and peaceful surroundings, this area is also within walking distance to the harbor, Puerto Rico beach, and downtown Puerto Rico. The New valley appears as green and idyllic and everyone who wants can make use of the beautiful park in the middle of the valley and enjoy beautiful nature experiences. There is a shopping mall in the area offering a grocery store and several reputable restaurants.
The complex is located close to the mountain and you can follow various trails / paths and there are also organized trips through various clubs.

When you enter the apartment you will find various closets to the right (shoe cabinets, display cabinets as well as fridge & freezer) which gives the illusion of a hallway.
To the left is the kitchen. This is equipped with white top and under closets with stylish, lime green decorative boards and handles that match the rest of the interior of the living room. The living room is furnished with 2 green design chairs, a lime green puff, a modern white high-gloss TV furniture, two square tables that are assembled, a sofa bed, a black frame mirror in sky material and crystals.
Glass doors / windows along the entire front of the living room that provides extra daylight into the apartment. (1 sliding door and rest fixed devices).
The balcony has a relatively square shape and measures approximately 9.30 m2. It shares wall with only 1 other apartment. The outdoor area offers a unique view of the marina and the sea where you can see the boats pass by. From here you can enjoy lazy holidays in scenic surroundings while taking a better breakfast on the terrace and planning the day's activities. And when you come home in the afternoon / evening, you are lucky enough to experience the sunset in all the rainbows colors. The balcony is probably one of the more sunny ones in Guanabara Park as it is so high and you have sun all day until the sun sets.
The outdoor area is furnished with a round table and accompanying plastic chairs, two sun chairs, a small table and a parasol.
Behind the living room is the bedroom. This is furnished with 2 single beds that can be easily assembled if needed. Beautiful sea view from the window. Sliding window.
2 closets have been set up on one of the long walls for extra storage space. There is also built-in wardrobe with mirror doors in the room. Shelf solution over the door.
Next door to the bedroom is the bathroom. This is furnished with a bathtub. Good ventilation possibilities (window). Closet.
Between the bathroom and the kitchen you find a sink with a mirror above and a hot water tank below. Many have chosen to remodel the bathroom / hallway where one often replaces the bathtub with a shower and moves the sink into the bathroom. This way you can fit a practical high closet in the hallway.
