Spanish Property Podcast
Listen to the experiences of others who have moved to Spain
From a shaded terrace, excellent as breakfast room, the main entrance goes through a solid timber door. The hallway leads you to the spacious living room, with its beautiful marble floor with an inlaid compass rose, and a fireplace. The practical kitchen is fully equipped and has generous work spaces and is also completely open to the dining area which can accommodate many guests.
There is a laundry room located at the back of the kitchen. The two main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the two smaller bedrooms share one bathroom. From the bedroom hallway, a staircase leads down to the basement area including a garage that can easily take four cars. There is also generous storage space and room for a lounge / bar area close to the exit to the pool area. The large, rustic villa is built on heavy-duty foundation and with thick walls - all to provide the best indoor climate. The quality is high with for example marble floors and balustrades, granite work tops in the kitchen and beautiful carpentry work. The villa is walking distance to the charming town centre - a genuine Spanish village, with beautiful green areas. Malaga, the airport and the beaches of Torremolinos are all easily accesible in no more than 10 minutes by car.
