If you turn right instead of entering the living room, you face a long hall. Along this hall two bedrooms are alinged on the left hand side, a shower bathroom is located first thing on the right hand side as well as another bedroom for 1 person.

At the end of the hall you will find the big Italian kitchen with a back door to the second terrace and access to the laundry/utility room.

The first bedroom on the left hand side is the master bedroom with its bathroom en-suite, with a corner bathtub sized 135x135. The bedroom comes with a huge fitted wardrobe with high quality wooden carpentry in pine wood.

The bedroom next to the masters bedroom was intended to be a dining room. It is open to the new owner wether to use it as such or use it as a bedroom.

The big Italian kitchen is full of light and offers a lot of space, enough for a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen comes with all electric appliances like fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooker and oven as well as an extractor hood.

The laundry room comes with a washing machine and a dryer. The 50 litre warm water heater is also installed here.

Casillas de Morales lies next to Valles de Ortega, 5km south of Antigua in the center of the island of Fuerteventura. And although it appears to just be a few houses, it has it´s own small church and it´s own primary school. The charm of this village are the nice and neat houses with their gardens, forming a mixed neighbourhood.

From here you reach the center of Antigua within 5 minutes, where you get everything important to life, like supermarkets, corner shops, hardware stores, restaurants, pizzeria, tapas bars, travel agency, gas station, stationery shop, hairdresser, butcher, etc. You can reach Caleta de Fuste with the golf courses and tourist area in less than 20 minutes, or the touristy untapped sand beach of Pozo Negro with various fish restaurants. Corralejo in the north will take you about 40 minutes as well as the Costa Calma in the South. In the morning you can see the sun rise over the sea or the eastern mountains, and see the sunset over the basalt massif of Betancuria.
