An exceptional property, in an enviable location and only a five minute walk to a village with bars, shops, medical centre and school. A 10 minute drive to the larger town of Huercal Overa and only a 25 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of San Juan de Los Terreros.
The property has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard and comprises of 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) kitchen, utility, dining room and shower room in the main house and a further bedroom, kitchen and lounge in a separate apartment. Outside is a covered seating/dining area, 10x5 salt water pool, built-in BBQ and an outside kitchen. There is also an exceptionally large roof terrace and a large courtyard.

The house sits on a fenced pot of 2500sqm, comprising of beautifully maintained gardens with gravelled areas, a stone fountain, artificial grass, mature plants and flowers and a mature olive grove with 20 olive trees and a variety of fruit trees. There is also a chicken coop.
To the front of the property, which is South facing, is a tiled patio area with seating and a covered carport.
Entering the house through the front door, we are in the good sized modern lounge complete with built in pellet burner. From here we enter the dining room which has lovely views into the courtyard.
The good sized modern kitchen, complete with a feature tiled wall has built in units, oven and white goods. There are also modern wall cabinets, complete with lighting. Off the kitchen is a useful utility room with a shower room off.
There are two double bedrooms, one complete with built-in wardrobes.
Access to the lovely courtyard is via the kitchen. This is a good sized area, perfect for entertaining. There are stairs to the very large roof terrace, which provides 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. On the roof terrace there is the third bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room.
The separate apartment, which has its own private entrance, patio and BBQ comprises of a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a kitchen and a large lounge with pellet burner and satellite TV. This apartment has previously been successfully rented out as holiday accommodation, so could provide a useful source of income, if desired.
From the courtyard we access the gorgeous pool area, which has been sympathetically designed in keeping with the rustic style of the property. The salt water pool also benefits from solar powered heating. Around the pool there is ample room for entertaining, complete with an outdoor kitchen. There are plenty of areas for relaxation including a large covered porch, perfect for that summer siesta in the shade!
