A four-storey terraced house in the famous Meloneras Bay Complex, near the Meloneras beach, the beach promenade and the commercial area, as well as the San Roque Hospital, bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The house is built on four floors distributed as follows:
- ground floor: living room that connects with a large terrace and garden; Open kitchen and back terrace.
- Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, one of them with balcony from where you can enjoy views of the Meloneras golf course and the ocean, and a full bathroom.
On the third floor we have a magnificent solarium overlooking the ocean.
On the semi basement floor, which has an independent entrance, there is a completely separate residence with kitchen and bathroom.
The complex has a large pool.
Community fees are € 132.

Purchase costs are not included in the price of the property. Usually, the costs are between 8-10% of the purchase price for second-hand purchases and between 10-12% on first-hand purchases. It may be a little more if the purchase price is low or if the buyer chooses to buy with a mortgage.
The purchase costs consist of: Property transfer tax of 6.5% of the purchase price of second-hand properties or taxes of 8% of the purchase price of first-hand properties.
