At street level, a double vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate give access to the community. From the parking area a main entrance opens into to the foyer. From here a few paces lead to the lifts which gives access to the 15th Floor. On the landing directly across from the lift the front door opens into a hallway. Immediately across to the left is a full bathroom and next to this a spacious bedroom with build in wardrobe. Standing in the entrance directly to the right is a mirrored built in wardrobe and straight on is the main living area which benefits from access to the gakzed balcony and a dining area. To the right before the balcony is the separate kitchen with views out over the bay. Because it is glazed in the balcony adds to the living area giving this one bedroom apartment a spacious feel.
