Why move to Los Balcones

Move here to join a vibrant expat community and enjoy a healthy lifestyle of sun, sand, and plenty of golf.

Los Balcones is an urbanisation on the Costa Blanca, sitting within striking distance of Torrevieja and Punta Prima. This area is very popular with tourists, thanks to its proximity to some of the major towns and cities of the Costa Blanca, not to mention its beautiful beaches.

Not that you’d need to even visit the beach, of course, as this urbanisation sits right next to Torrevieja’s Pink Lake. This vibrant, bubblegum coloured lake has much more going for it than the novelty factor, as these waters are reported to have serious therapeutic benefits. What’s more, it is alleged that these benefits can be enjoyed just by living in the vicinity of the lake!

Community

Los Balcones has a large international community, many of whom are expats. The municipality of Torrevieja – which encompasses Los Balcones – also has a large international community, and is particularly popular with the British.
