Why move to Orba Valley

If you'd like to be near the coast yet live in a sparsely populated, lush green valley that embraces international visitors but retains a Spanish feel -- this is the place for you.
Home of the Girona river and pretty hamlets like Tormos, Rafol, Benidoleig, Sagra and Pedreguer, the valley centres around the village of Orba and the surrounding modern urbanisations including Porta de Orba, El Capso, El Aspre Orbeta, La Foia, La Palmeria, La Plana and La Puerta del Valle. Orba is a beautiful area filled with green citrus groves, olive and almond orchards and yet you can reach Denia and Javea within 30 minutes. Orba is almost equidistant from both Valencia and Alicante airports in terms of car travel time, with Alicante just 5 minutes closer.

Aside from being just 15 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Blanca and enjoying 11 hours of sunshine a day, there is plenty more to do and see in Orba including hiking and birdwatching in the Pego-Oliva Marsh Nature Reserve or the Montgo Natural Park.

Near Pedreguer, the Mirabarques observation point offers stunning panoramic views both of the valley itself and of the coastline. El Barranc de l’Infern is the most famous ravine for canyoning in the Valencian Country. Explore the labyrinthine Las Calaveras Caves in Benidoleig or visit the exotic animals at the safari park in Vergel. Shop at the Marina Shopping Centre in Ondara or play a round at the Oliva Nova Golf Club.

The Orba valley is an idyllic place to purchase a luxurious villa or new build finca with private pool and delightful sea views while keeping the perfect tranquil distance from the busy coastal resorts.
