Welcome to Petra Pekna Real Estate, your real estateagent with more than 15 years of experience in selling and renting properties in the South East of Mallorca. Mallorca with its joyful people and culture is my passion. A continuous discovery of its natural beauties with its fabulous rocky beaches, beautiful crystal clear waters and its outdoor water activities, the relaxing atmosphere of the island, the unique gastronomy, the incomparable cultural life of the multitude of nationalities and cultures have always been the reason for my stay on this beautiful island.
If you share this point of view, you are in the right place at the right time.
If you want to sell your property we offer professional and discreet advice and are at your side to get the best possible price adapted to the current market.
If you are looking for your dream place in the southwest of Mallorca, be it a spectacular villa in front of the sea in Porto Petro, Cala d'Or or Cala Llombards, a fisherman's cottage by the sea in the coastal villages like Porto Petro, Porto Colom or Cala Figuera, immersing at every moment your view in the immense expanses of turquoise waters, or maybe you dream of a quiet place in the countryside near Santanyi, full of beautiful trees with a beautiful garden and a beautiful pool, a large plot of land that offers plenty of privacy so you can enjoy a fabulous vacation with your family near the southeast coast or you have decided to move to the island and are looking for a new build property, designed and built with the best materials, equipment and amenities for a year round living on this popular island. Perhaps you want a property easy to maintain, from where you can walk to the typical Mallorcan market with its artisan products, restaurants and exclusive stores, such as a village house with its natural stone facade and antique details reminiscent of the old times giving the property an unmistakable character that you fall in love with directly, whether in Santanyi, Campos, Alqueria Blanca, Cas Concos, Felanitx, Porto Colom or another picturesque village in the southeast of the island. Maybe you want to invest and are looking for land to realize your ideas for new construction projects or you are simply looking for an apartment with communal pool near the beach in the southeast such as Cala Santanyi or Cala Figuera, a well-kept property, designed for comfortable stays without the need for high maintenance.
Buying or selling a property is a matter of trust. My philosophy is to accompany the seller in the selling process in a serious and pleasant way and to fulfill even the most peculiar dreams of the buying clients with passion, trust, loyalty, effort and transparency, with a support at all possible times, serious and honest advice. Investing in Mallorca is investing in your quality of life. We have numerous additional properties that due to confidential reasons are not published on our website.
I would be pleased to assist you.
Yours sincerely,
Petra Pekna
