The property has good access just a minute off the main Lubrin to Uleila del Campo road, both towns include all amenities you need for day to day living as well as great weekly markets.
There is parking to the front for several vehicles, here is where the best of the beautiful country views can be truly appreciated. The large heavy door opens into a spacious living/dining room with feature fireplace and Andalucian shelving either side. Located off this room you will find 2 good sized bedrooms, a corridor off the living area leads to a family bathroom, separate w/c and third bedroom. A door off the living room leads into a traditional rustic style kitchen with a separate utility room. Stairs up from the kitchen lead up to the first floor which has yet to be renovated, it currently consists of 3 large rooms and terrace with fine views.
Located to the side of the house is a larger than average garage which could be converted into further accommodation if required.
The Cortijo does require renovation and modernization throughout but has lots of potential with all mains services connected. Although classed as semi detached the property to the side is in a ruined state and unoccupied.
The property is situated just a few minutes from the pretty hamlet of El Pilar which boasts a fantastic bar/restaurant and boutique hotel.
