This fantastic apartment with spectacular views, completely renovated by the end of 2018, is situated directly on the sea at the end of the beautiful bay of Playa de Palma. The very modern designed apartment offers a spacious and sunny living/dining room from which you have access to a large covered terrace of 30 m². The sliding windows create a completely open environment. The American kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances by Birgit Müller, wine cooler Pando, large refrigerator Neff, dishwasher, washer-dryer combination, induction cooker, etc.
The apartment is distributed on 125 m² living space, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite. Only high-quality materials were used for the renovation and completion of the property. Besides the modern design, the privileged location in the south of Mallorca makes this property an ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle all year round. Due to the ongoing renovations and modernizations in "Palma Beach", certainly a value stable Invest for the future.
Air conditioning windows, wooden doors, large format tiled floors with natural stone effect, underfloor heating, air conditioning ducts (hot/cold lift) and private parking in the building's garage
The property is situated in the South of Mallorca, near to the 7 km long beach of fine sand next to the beach promenade of the so-called Platja de Palma. The beach promenade leads up to the centre of Palma (also great for cyclists and inline skaters). The historic old town of Palma de Mallorca can be reached within approx. 15 minutes by bus. A very large selection of restaurants, shops and bars (in all price ranges) and bus stops are nearby. The Playa de Palma has been changing for some time. The new campaign “Palma Beach” also helps to continuously improve the quality and level of the Playa de Palma over the next few years. Already today you can see big differences compared to a few years ago. Many hotels have been renovated and new 5* hotels, such as the excellent Hotel Llaut Palace, have recently been built there. Quality tourism instead of drinking tourism is the motto!
