Stunning finca with beautifully restored features in the heart of the Benissa Costa.
Before restoration this 200 year old finca was a small holding for donkeys and has been restored using only the best materials which is especially evident in the beautiful entrance area.
The centrally heated and well proportioned rooms are all restored and decorated with a view to preserving the traditional Spanish feel.
On the ground floor you have an entrance hallway, office and downstairs bathroom. The light spacious kitchen has a country style with a modern twist in the black granite work tops. The kitchen then opens out onto a lovely courtyard. The living room is very cosy with wooden beams and the original solid wood double doors connecting with the covered terrace.
The traditional stone fireplace with wood burner gives an attractive focal point. From here you enter a lovely winter or summer sun room which combines as a TV room, dining room and, for those lazy and always sunny days, a lounge area. There are sliding doors that open up to the gardens with the most wonderful views to the Penon de Ifach and to the South, the Mountains of the Sierra Bernia making this a room that will be much used all day and all year long!
Upstairs are three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. The garden and land is predominantly flat and fully enclosed so you could have a small holding with chickens ducks goats etc if the fancy took you!
The natural landscape of the plot means there is little work and maintenance to do. The swimming pool and outdoor Spanish style kitchen lend themselves to leisurely summer days entertaining family and friends in a truly peaceful and beautiful setting.
The property has the added benefits of Solar power, a functioning water well, and mains electricity and water.
This magnificent finca has everything for the discerning buyer. A viewing will certainly not disappoint.
