Total area of the plot is 50,000 m2, of which built 685 m2. There are three semi-detached houses and two apartments (48 m2 and 45 m2). In total there are 34 rooms, 3 kitchens, 6 bathrooms, including one under construction, 8 bedrooms in use. There is a veranda and large courtyard, several Terrassem. Parking, lawn, several barns and sheds. The garden has almond trees, olive groves, vineyards, fig trees, plum trees, apple trees, a variety of (wild) herbs.
Lots of options for the operation: 3 to 4 person family hostel, bed and breakfasts and apartment or holiday homes.
There is a lot of privacy because there are no neighbors. It is a protected area, so there is no more new building in the area. It is very characteristic and authentic (with an olive and wine press facility). The area is quiet and has a fantastic view.
Independence concerns water and electricity (water source and solar panels), water deposit of 16,000 liters, possibility to connect to electricity, the plot is bordered by a stream. There are new roofs, new electricity and water aanlsuitingen, new plumbing and there is potential for expansion.
Please be aware is very remote. The dirt road leading to the property is very narrow and winding and 4 km long. Takes about 10 minutes. Not for the faint hearted. The property has many authentic features but still a lot needs to be done to get it finished. So buyer needs extra money available for just that.
