This beautiful stone villa is located in the exclusive residential area George Sand, only 5 minutes away by car from the historic town of Valldemossa. The property has been built in 1995 on a 1042 m² plot and offers a living area of approx. 222 m² spread over two levels. On the first floor we find the entrance hall, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area plus storage and utility area, the living/dining room with fireplace, 1 bedroom and 1 guest toilet. The top floor comprises the master bedroom en suite with its private terrace, 2 further bedrooms and 1 further bathroom.
In front of the property there is a large terrace terrace with swimming pool and underneath the terrace we find a garage for 2 cars. A pathway surrounds the house and the easily maintained garden has rockeries with Mediterranean drought tolerant plants. The property in Valldemossa enjoys complete tranquility, sun all day long and lovely views to the Tramuntana Mountains.

In impressing height of 700 m this picturesque village is enthroned in the Serra de Tramuntana that is famous for its Carthusian monastery. Famous guests like composer Frederic Chopin or Michael Douglas visited the monastery and the region. But the Mallorquin region offers much more. The US-american actor Michael Douglas was the initiator of the cultural centre Costa North that includes information about the natural landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana. Regularly events take place in this cultural centre. Further on the mountain village is known for several delicacies – a kind of potato pastry and a drink made of almonds. The only saint was also born in Valldemossa. That’s why the saint Catalina Thomás is adored in this townlet. With all its sights and the beautiful views to the surroundings, Valldemossa attracts many visitors each day. Those enjoy the characterful ambience in the towns small streets and the variety of cafes and restaurants.
