Brava Properties

Brava properties arrives at the real estate market through the hand of two entrepreneurs who, together with a small team of courageous people, took the leap of faith.

This team believes that it is possible to do differently and better in the real estate business. Because business is done by people, and therefore, must be humanized and approached in an empathic and good-natured way.

Therefore, brava properties does not present itself as another real estate agency. On the contrary, BRAVA brings irreverence and a different approach from other competing agencies.

BRAVA presents itself in an unpretentious and welcoming way towards all customers and colleagues, but with enough courage to aspire to position itself as a reference in the Algarve, through a commitment to our vision, mission, and values.

Our vision is to be part of a new generation of more humanized and sustainable real estate agencies.

We are proud to be the first of this generation, as our mission is to create a healthy environment among colleagues and customers, conducive to the realization of happy business for all parties.

Our path is guided by the values of comfort and empathy towards all agents involved in the real estate process; the trust and integrity that everything we do is respectful and honest, thinking about our customers, colleagues, and the rest of the community; as well as nurturing the sustainability of the business, interpersonal relationships, and ecological options in our day-to-day work.
