✨ About Our Founder
The Bay Properties was founded by Abigail (Abi), who was born and raised in the North East of England. Having visited Spain from a young age, Abigail developed a lasting love for the Costa Blanca South and made the move permanently in 2017. With many years of estate agency experience in the UK, she brought her knowledge, passion, and professionalism to helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes here in Spain.
Abi fully embraces the Spanish lifestyle and now lives happily in the Costa Blanca sunshine with her husband and two children. Her genuine love for the area and commitment to her clients are at the heart of everything The Bay Properties stands for.
Our service is built on trust, transparency, and a deep love for the Costa Blanca lifestyle. Having visited the region since being a child and now living here permanently with my husband and young family, I know the area inside out—from its most popular coastal towns to its hidden inland gems.
As a fully API registered estate agent, we are not tied to any one agency, we work closely with a wide network of trusted local estate agents. This means we can access a broad range of properties, saving you time and effort by finding the perfect home without the need for multiple appointments or viewings through different agencies.
Our experience doesn’t just lie in helping buyers—we also have extensive expertise in selling property across the Costa Blanca. From accurate market valuations and professional listings to tailored marketing and negotiation support, we provide a personalised, hands-on approach that ensures your property stands out and attracts the right buyers. We understand that every seller’s situation is unique, which is why we offer flexible, honest advice and a smooth, stress-free sales process from start to finish.
We understand that buying or selling a home in Spain is not just a transaction—it’s a life-changing decision. That’s why we aim to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We take care of the hard work so you can focus on what matters: your next chapter under the Spanish sun.
