I’m Pablo Annezo, founder of Little Prince Group. For more than 15 years, I worked in advertising and creative strategy, developing projects for international brands in highly competitive environments, where the way an idea is presented — and every small detail — can make a significant difference.
Today, I apply that same vision to real estate.
Because selling a property is not simply about listing it or showing it. It is about knowing how to present it, how to position it and how to make it connect with the right person.
Little Prince Group is a boutique real estate agency specialising in the marketing of properties across the Costa del Sol, primarily in Marbella, Benahavís, Mijas, La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda, Fuengirola and the surrounding areas.
I support both property owners and buyers throughout the entire sales or purchasing process, from the initial valuation and definition of the strategy to the negotiation and successful completion of the transaction.
For every property, I create a carefully considered and personalised presentation, which may include professional photography and video, measured floor plans, virtual tours, image optimisation, tailored copywriting and promotion across national and international property portals.
But what truly sets Little Prince Group apart is the way I work.
I do not believe in accumulating hundreds of listings or applying the same strategy to every property. I work with a very limited and carefully selected portfolio, allowing me to dedicate to each home the time, attention and resources it genuinely deserves.
To me, a property is never simply an asset. It is a story, a life project and, in many cases, one of the most important financial and personal decisions its owners will ever make.
My role is not to pressure or impose, but to advise, protect the process and help my clients make the best possible decisions with transparency, judgement and sensitivity.
In a market that can often feel noisy, impersonal and rushed, my objective is to build something far more valuable: trust.
Because when someone entrusts me with their property, they are not simply giving me a house to sell.
They are giving me a responsibility.
And I treat it as if it were my own.
