We are Cindy and Bart, the people behind 'CinBar Real Estate'. Originally from Belgium, we have lived and worked on the Costa Blanca for over ten years. We help international clients buy and furnish their homes in Spain, with personal guidance in Dutch, German, English, French, and Spanish.
You work directly with us throughout your purchase and beyond. We listen to your plans, explain the costs, and offer honest advice about properties and locations. Our expertise includes a qualified fiscal and financial advisor and a qualified interior designer, alongside API and RAICV registration. For the legal aspects of your purchase, we work with specialist professionals.
Through 'Studio CinBar', we also provide interior advice and complete furnishing services. We coordinate everything locally, from purchase through to a home ready to move into.
