Finca i Caspe, Zaragoza-provinsen

Finca in Caspe with a water connection of 6.000 m2 (0.6 hectares). The finca is located about 3 kilometers from the center of the town and there is an ¨almacen¨ (barn) of 116 m2 and a mas of 20 m2. The ¨almacen¨ itself has an area of 84 m2 and because of the high ceiling, a loft would be possible. In addition, there is a covered area of 32 m2. The area around the ¨almacen¨ belongs to the finca. The plot on the other side of the road is used as a vegetable garden, this plot is irrigated and there are also olive trees, grape plants and a number of fruit trees. The water comes from an irrigation canal, which is stored in a basin with a capacity of 55.000 liters. There is a mas on this plot of 20 m2, which can be renovated. The finca is easily accessible via a tarmac road, from the main road, which is situated about 2 kilometers from the property. The finca is surrounded by nature, which makes it a quiet and peaceful location. The river Guadalope is located about 800 meters from the finca.

Our office is situated in Maella (Calle Santa Barbara 20), which is surrounded by small villages. Each one of them has their historic centre and their shops, restaurants, bars, events and markets.

The larger cities are located at the following distances: Gandesa (34 km), Alcaniz (49 km), Tarragona (112 km), Lleida (114 km), Zaragoza (130 km), Castelló (191 km) and Barcelona (190 km).

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
