Villa i Albufeira, Faro (distrikt)

A super property located just ten minutes from the centre of Guia in an attractive, sought after, residential area. The villa is set within a generous, private plot backing onto a green belt area. This is a spacious, bright, beautifully maintained property, traditional in style but with quality, modern comforts. The split level living/dining room has a wood burner and leads, via patio doors, to a fabulous covered terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the heated pool with panels on the roof for low cost heating, as well as a heat exchange back up that is rarely used. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor plus a study or possible spare bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor is a large master suite with both bath and shower with patio doors to a private terrace. An exceptional property in a lovely area!
