Finca in Maella with a total surface area of 139.800 m2 (13.98 hectares). The property consists of two fincas: One finca of 111.700 m2 is situated at six kilometres from Maella and is planted with almond trees, which are full in production. There is a mas of 78 m2, divided over two floors, whose roof and walls are in good condition. There is a second building of 30 m2, of which only the walls are still in good condition. The second building is located about 200 meters from the other one. The finca is surrounded by nature and has a lot of privacy. Furthermore, the land is easily accessible by a wide gravel track and the Algars River is two kilometres away from the property. The other finca has an area of 28.100 m2, is situated at three kilometres from Maella and is planted with almond trees.

Our office is situated in Maella (Calle Santa Barbara 20), which is surrounded by small villages. Each one of them has their historic centre and their shops, restaurants, bars, events and markets.

The larger cities are located at the following distances: Gandesa (34 km), Alcaniz (49 km), Tarragona (112 km), Lleida (114 km), Zaragoza (130 km), Castelló (191 km) and Barcelona (190 km).

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
