Finca i Maella, Zaragoza-provinsen

Finca in Maella with a total area of 23.800 m2 (2.38 hectares) and a 95 m2 mas. The surface area is spread over two floors and there is a 74 m2 ¨corral¨ (a natural stone enclosure, where the animals were kept). This could now potentially serve as an internal courtyard or garden. The whole building can be renovated. The ground floor of the farmhouse consists of an enclosed room and a large, covered open area containing a rainwater cistern; this section covers 63 m2. The corral is attached to the mas and measures 74 m2. The upper floor comprises a seating area with a fireplace and an open space at the rear, totaling 32 m2. The mas is situated at the end of the track, that´s why there is lots of privacy, while its elevated position next to a hill provides beautiful views. The finca is planted with olive trees and is set in a very peaceful, natural environment. The town of Maella is approximately 10 km away, and Caspe is about 16 km away. The Civán lake is 4 km away, and the nearest paved road is just 1 km from the property. The finca is easily accessible via well-maintained gravel roads.
