Welcome to nicky’s properties estate agents
I moved to Spain in 1992 and made La Marina my home.
29 years on and I still enjoy the Spanish life style.
With a climate envied by many, Golden beaches that stretch for miles, the Mediterranean cuisine and the relaxed and care free life in which the Spanish enjoy.
Conveniently located within a 20 minutes drive of Alicante airport we truly have one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca.
Set in the heart of neighbouring Spanish towns, Torrevieja, Elche, Santa Pola & Alicante all within a 20 minutes drive.
An ideal place to call home or visit for your annual holidays.
After working in the property market in La Marina for 20 years, I opened my own office on the 9th of April 2019.
With an in depth knowledge of the local area & the different types of properties available I look forward to helping people find their Spanish home and sharing the many wonderful things in which Spain has to offer.
